hi there my plymouth voyager 97 suddenly stops working after some minutes, i let it cool down and it starts again, all the mechanics in my town have checked it and none was able to find anything , service light is on, it gives codes 11 and 54, I'm pretty sure is the crank sensor, but i've read that might be some sensors located inside the distributor.
I'd appreciate your opinions

Welcome to AF!!
There should be a module inside the distributer that may be going bad and causing the issue but if you have a distributerless ignition I would put my money on the Crank Position Sensor.

If the camshaft sensor is bad you have to change the distributor.

Rip is right by having to change the distributor in order to replace the cam sensor i have only ever replaced a couple and only because they got damaged somehow but i did replace many crank sensors
