easy entry

Hi,
Does any have any info on disabling the easy entry feature. My LS does not have the message center. Manual says the dealer can do it, can I?

What year is your LS? I assume V6 since you don't have the message center.

Yeah, I guess i should have given a little more info. It's a 2002 V6.

That's the same year as my wife's. Her owner's manual says the same thing as your (no surprise) and the factory service manual doesn't appear to go into any detail on how to do it either. I suspect it requires a 2-way professional scan tool to enable/disable.

Thanks anyway. The LS is my wife's too. She doesn't like the seat and wheel moving everytime she gets in and out. Guess we'll see how much the dealer wants.
