Is it possible to mount the hvac into sunvisors?

Judging by the pic, I'm thinking no but maybe all that stuff behind it isn't neccessary? What I wanna do is re-locate my hvac and radio and mount a monitor right there in the center of my dash, and I thought a cool and discrete location for the hvac would be on the sunvisor, any thoughts?

you could possibly make the switches be mounted on the visor, but you would need to run wires down to the dash or wherever the stuff behind the actual panel was mounted... make sense?
i dont know if thats possible either, but it would have to be a remote control panel.

If it's all electrical, its possible but would take a lot of fabrication. But that looks like its party vacuum controlled, which means the bulkiness in the back you cant really get rid of, and you'd need to run vacuum tubes all around your car... so i'd say the feasibility of it is pretty low. Not worth the time effort and money.

well you wouldnt be able to use the factory one at least...
you could probly get someone to fab you up a control panel that is purely electrical. it would be relatively cheap to make if you used the stock parts and, instead of the vacuums and whatnot, you put in some potentiometers behind the knobs. the pots would vary the electricity, which would then go to the *real* controls, which would do the *real* work.
got any electrical engineers as friends?
guarantee they could make you one in a day if you are nice...

1 - probably electrical. could easily be done
2 - mechanical parts attached. would have to be relocated. easier said than done, but still possible.
i think the thing behind the fan speed control is a heat sink and could be relocated.
