Looks like a rocket that was launching a satellite.
I believe that no one got hurt. Usually you have to be a couple miles away from a launch before it goes up, just incase this happens.

yeah there was a 17 foot crack, whether on the outside or inside, how the hell do you determine that after the huge explosion? if they knew about it before hand, i smell LAAAAWWWWSUUUIIIIITTTTT.............
