1995 sierra door locking

does anyone know if you can program this truck to not automaticly lock the doors when you turn the key on? i dont like this feature and actually find it annoying

also if anyone has the procedure for programming additional remotes that would be nice

I didn't know there was a feature for that-unless someone deactivated mine before I bought it. Mine doesn't do that and it's a '96.
