Is a '91 300zx NA 2+2 non turbo, considered a High Performance Car?!?!

Sadly I think so...at least by insurance standards...
In the real world...I think the 0-60 in 7 seconds and the quarter in 15 flat doesnt make it a high performance car...
The TT is...that's for certain...but the NA really doesnt hold it's own til it has around 260-300HP
