interior woes

I have an 02 olds silhouette premier and was wondering if a junkyard would sell me the bracket that the handle on the rear hatch connects to. Icalled the local dealer and he said they only sell the whole rear hatch int. panel for 135.00 TYPICAL! I just need the little plastic bracket and they want to soak me for something I don't need. Also does anybody else have a problem with the "finish" wearing off on the radio controls? It's not a big deal but it looks bad in the dark when half the numbers are big bright globs.
