power lock problem

ok here is the problem..when i push the button for lock/unlock..the driver side door does not work in any way..but it does lock the passenger door and unlock it..however..if i manually move the lock it will still power the passenger one to move with it..what the heck is the problem..it is not a fuse and everything is plugged in correctly..is it the motor for the locks or the actuator..w.e it is..where can i get the parts for it??? any help i would very much appreciate..thanks

sounds like maybe a problem with ETACS or w/e its called.
