Is lsd any good?

Ok i was looking for some lsd and SBR has one and i was wondering if it was any good? Would it be hard to install if i already have the tranny out? Here is the link http://www.slowboyracing.com/more.php?id=1241

My car is a talon tsi fwd. I am going to be doing a lot of other mods in the future... I dont like it when just 1 wheel spins.

For the money if you are going to have your case opened up go with a KarKing Helical LSD. Same design as the Quaife but about $400 less. Very high quality I am sure mine is running strong wherever it is now :( Anyway the SBR inserts work well and are a good value. I have just read about front diffs going out with them in there. But who knows if it was just an old abused diff that caused the failure or the insert? The KarKing on the other hand is built like a bank vault.

If you are going to have your tranny off and have the money an lsd is a good thing to take care of.
