Clicking While Turning CV joint?

I am getting a clicking while I turn, I am pretty sure its a CV Joint issue. The question is, how long can I wait to take it in?

What do these usually run?

i'd say outer CV joint use to you could replace them now they sell the whole half shaft..i'd say 60 to 70 bucks..how long you can drive it i dono it all depends on how long you drove it like that...i know it's anoing...good luck....
