Mercedes Car Group sales fall 3.5 percent in October

FRANKFURT (Reuters) -- Global sales at DaimlerChrysler's Mercedes Car Group fell 3.5 percent in October to 102,500 units, weighed down by plunging deliveries of Smart cars, the company said today.
