Front bumper 1995 Jimmy

My daughter pushed in her front bumper. How do I remove the bumper cover to loosen the bolts underneath and pull the bumper back out? What tools do I need?

when i took mine off all i had to do was pop the grill out then remove the bumper cover then a socket wrench will do the rest to get the actual steel bumper off

could you please tell me how to get the grille off of my 91 jimmy?
i've undone 4 screws in front, can't find any others but the thing won't budge?
