Rim Questions

I Have a 2003 Ford F350 Lariat With 16' Rims , on the 2005 - 2006 they have 17' Inch rims. Any Idea if these rims on the 2005 - 2006 will fit my truck with out any shims or anything. I know bolt pattern is the same i was just wondering if Clarence was the same? I know my Hight is ok , I am just asking about the fit with the brakes and hubs and so on . Thanks
