replacing my power window controller i cant get it off

i tryed poping my power window control off the door panel but it wouldnt pop off

does anyone know the proper way to take it off so i can change it out!

You have to take your door panel off and take the unit off from the backside. I assume you're talking about the window switches located next to the drivers seat. Why are you taking them off?
