Out of this world brush work Glac!!!
Ive tried brushing and it is a royal pain in the ass, so I envy your ability to create such a concept.
That said, I really feel bad for this after you say youve put 2 years into it, but your perspective is off. Pretty severely.

The lines arent perfectly placed, but are close enough to notice the difference. They should all be parallel.

you are really nit-picky...
but since you brought it up, why should the lines be parallel.
to make a convincing perspective, they all need to point to a common vanishing point.
the best way to do it would be to find the vanishing point of the original photograph, then make the car to suit.
otherwise the car just looks stuck on. thats why it is usually so easy to spot a photoshop picture. the perspective dosent line up.

Alright then,
they don't have a common vanishing point, either.
You dont even need guidelines, any artist who has dealt with perspective at all can tell its off just glancing at it.

ok, its off a little, but still a VERY beautiful concept. I've seen those whells on the toyota concept car in GT4. Was that your inspiration for the wheels?

someone built a chopper with wheels like that.
it was either Billy Lane or Arlan Ness.
