Replacing front blinker bulb

I am attempting to replace a blinker bub on a 2001 CR-v But can't get the head light assembly out. I removed the 2 screws on top but don't see any else. What am I missing?:screwy:

You need to go through the wheel well. Remove at least 3 screws holding the shield in place. Then reach in to change the bulb
