Got A 98 306 Td Blows Black Smoke When Pulling Just Fitted New Turbo And Had Pump Retimed Can It Be Injector Problem

Do you get black smoke even under light acceleration or only when gunning it? Upon hard acceleration black smoke is pretty much expected and not to be concerned about.
