Hello hello. Need some help. This is my brothers 99 chrysler concorde and I need help diagnosiing a heater fan that only works on hi speed. It's got the 2.7L and the controls are knobs. No ATC on this car. All heat and dash settings work fine. The problem comes when you turn the fan on. Nothing works except the highest speed setting. The fan motor dosen't sound bad and works really good, only on high though. :screwy: Thanks!

Have you checked the fuse? How about the relay bank?

Where is the blower motor resistor motor? I have checked the fuses but the fan does work. Only on hi though.

To get to the blower motor and resistor remove the lower right air duct below the glove box to gain access.

I was going to post a problem about that blasted resistor for the heater blower which I couldn't find but I see someone else had the same problem. I have located it and now I have to try and squeeze in and replace it.
Thank you all for this forum. It has saved me time and money, but I know I will come close to cussing before I am done trying to get into that tight spot....LOL!

I'm glad someone else had the same problem. I have a new problem though. I can't find this part online at any parts place! Any help on this new issue?
