Why so many for sale?

Can anyone explain why I'm seeing so many used H2 & H2 SUT's with very low miles for sale. I started looking for an H2 SUT and of course found many, however the number of used with low miles is really astonishing.
Why so many unhappy customers?
Any clues, guesses, thoughts, ideas?
Does it have anything to do with the 4:10 rear end? I've found used H2's with as few as 435 miles on them. What's up?
Anyone who can help or offer insights, please let me know before I sign the papers.
Thanks to all who offer help, ideas, thoughts, answers.

Not sure. I own an 05 SUT and it's great. I would assume that it's because of fuel prices and perhaps the cost of the vehicle. Alot of people are strapped for cash these days.
