Ferrari 308 GTS

This is the old Magnum PI 328 GTS kit. It's not the re-release curbside kit. This one has front and engine detail. I built it OOB. Just added a little detail on the engine.

WOW beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i was watching this kit on ebay severial times but it always had a high price ending,pitty i haven't get this kit yet...it looks quite good~~i don't like the re-release kit with only 43 parts,hope this kit will be re-released on day.

Wonderful! Watching those belt line I'll see the best Pininfarina job, pure Pininfarina soul with no-frills. Impressive difference with the GTO: it's wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide!

Nice built there! I like to get hold of one of these 308 but most of the manufacturer had already stop production. Anyone know where I can get it? By the way is that a Fujimi 288GTO or a Revell?

An oldie but a goodie. These should be easy to find on e-bay.

This kit can be find for US$10-$20 on ebay depend on your luck. I got 3 GTS for ~$13ea and also got the 308 GTB for $10. GTB is the same kit. The differences are the body and the rear hood.

Here is my little review for this kit:
-require alot of clean up on the part. mold line and "flash" everywhere(well, it's an old kit from 1980)
-The front hood part is way out of shape from box stock and fitting is horrible.
-no brake detail at all
-no detail in engine bay
-pop up light cover too small. problem on fitting also.
-when you get this kit, make sure they come with the correct tire. Revell got some of these 308 in wrong tires. I got one box with wrong tire. There is a note from revell in the box which state it has a wrong tire.
-roof top is not a separate piece.
