FAST idLE

1990 SEVILLE IDLES TOO FAST. BURNS WAY TOO MUCH GAS. I TRIED To clean injectors by skeeting throttle body cleaner past the throttle plate and racing the engine. I did this for about 5 minutes on the advice of a shadetree.
skeet skeet.... anyway it's been idling fast ever since. Is something stuck?
What in the world should I do? The shadetree packed up and joined the circus.

Try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a minute or so.

The idle speed controller is probably bad, or stuck.
