My car is missfireing when i accelerate hard enough for the boost indicator to light up the first light. I've checked the wires, plugs, cleaned the MAF, vaccum leaks, still nothing. I get a PO300 code on the comuter, "random missfire". I was told that the intake manifold could be warped and causing fuel/air ratio problems.

Welcome to AF!!
It is very difficult to think that the manifold on a supercharged has warped. The NA 3800 has this problem but not the SC engine. I would start with a new set of wires and plugs since they are the greatest cause of misfires. Even though they look good this engine is very sensitive to plugs and wires. Also make sure the plug gaps are correct. After this if you still have the misfire, check the coils. Also can cause issues.
Finally make sure to check the fuel pressure. The engine relies on good pressure to maintain optimum performance especially under boost. If the pressure is low it can cause the engine to misfire. This is possible due to the two stage pump on the GTP which switches in to the high mode when the supercharger kicks in.
I would change the plugs and wires first, and then the fuel pressure. If these
all check out then the coils. If this doesn't help post again and we can look at other areas to check.
