4g63t?

Im giong to look at a head that came off a eclipse dont know what year. How can i tell if its the one i need for my 1G and not a 420A head? Ive never seen a 420a head so i dont know what it looks like. Pics appreciated if you have them. Thanks

Look in gthompson97's thread, there are many picture of a 420a head in there.

To me, tell tale sign is the ports.

420a has larger caps for the cams on the ends, 4g63's caps are the same size across the board. Also the port sizes are different. Exhaust ports on the 420a is very small, much larger on the 4g63. Also the 420a doesn't have that thing it the middle with the 3 bolts on the right side.

98% sure it connects oil pathways inside the head.
