overheating problem on 93 ga se 3.3l

my 93 ga se with 3300 v6 is driving me insane.I have much knowledge with auto mechanics,but this car is really making me look like an amateur.I have replaced in the last 6 months the heater core,upper radiator hose,heater hose (between the thermostat housing and heater core hose)(metal hose)the thermostat(3 times).And lastly but probably wont be the last the water pump.When doing these replacements i have found that it takes a very long time to bleed out the system.I was wondering if there is a technique to bleeding out the air in the system (alot easier and less time effective than i am doing)I have been bleeding out the system the last time (now) for the last 2 days about 3-4 hours a day ,and yet still have not acclomplished it.I run the car (pressurise the system) then i release the pressure thru the cap on the overflow tank.(have done this 30-40 times )Car does not overheat unless you put a load on the engine.idle it sits at around 190-195..put if you put any rpm's to it it increases temp fast.I have been told by several people the 3300 engine is a bitch to air bleed:disappoinOh and there is cold to lukewarm heat from the heater.ANY help or advice to this delima would greatly be appreciated.Oh i have checked for a blown head gasket or head and there are no signs to any problems there..no milky oil no exhaust smell in the overflow tank,no smoke from exhaust other than normal.Only thing i have not replaced is the radiator and some hoses,but i have flushed the radiator several times and it flows clean and solid.only 1 prob i have found ..yet i dont detect any leaks is i have an intake bolt broken.and had 3 more loose.Sorry so long but i want to get all the facts out to what i have done lol.Any info would be greatly appreciated and you will save a tight ga se from going to the bone yard ,because i have lost my patience with this car.:naughty::screwy:

Bleeding the system can be very difficult as you describe. When you bled the system did you have the heater on high. Sometimes the heater core will trap air and if you don't have full circulation throught it that the air will come back to haunt you. Try parking with the nose of the car pointing up hill then heat it up and see if you can get additional air out of the system. At this point I think you have thrown enough parts at this one and more won't change anything.
I am sure you checked the fans to make sure they are coming on but if not make sure they are turning on at the right time. Also, the air dam under the front of the car seems to make a difference on this particular model.

yes heater was on high ..jacked front of car up with a floor jack as i was bleeding system out .fan works and does turn on at correct times.usually when car reaches 220 degrees or a lil higher.air ram lol is not on the car i ripped it off when i went up into a driveway..but had no probs after so i just havnt got a new 1 and replaced it yet..i think i have a air lock inside the heater core juss not sure how to get it out .shouldnt take 7 hours of running the car with heater on to get rid of it .is it better to run the car with the overflow cap off?or on?

Does this car have a radiator cap or is the pressure cap on the overflow bottle? If you have a radiator cap simply leave it off and watch for the level to drop and refill. If the pressure cap is on the overflow you can do the same thing but it is much harder to bleed.

problem fixed i disconnected the upper radiator hose and the heater outlet heater hose and blasted it with a garden hose .It seemed to have pushed the air out ,because i had imediate heat after doing so .A few more min of air bleeding the system out with the cap off and its all running good ..car hits 150 degrees and it has incredible heat ..car will not go over 190-195 degrees at all no mattter how hard i push it .:grinyes: :lol: :grinno: :) Thanks for the help GTP Dad :)
