02 Trailblazer bottom seat cushion won't heat

The bottom cushion of my '02 TBZ driver's seat won't heat anymore - the back still will but for some reason the bottom won't anymore. Couldn't find any burned out fuses. I tried to check around underneath looking for the wire that goes hot when clicked on, and compared to the passenger seat, but can't find the right wire.

Anyway, I've heard sometimes the element breaks off, and when that happens you basically have to buy a whole new seat.

Ideas/Comments? It's getting to be winter!

I had this problem on a '99 TB with heated seats. It was still under warranty at the time, and the dealer replaced the whole seat. They did say the heating element was broken.
I don't recall if he said it was broken OFF, but, the element was the problem.

Good luck. Those heated seats are SO nice in the winter.

Sometimes the seat module can short circuit. Ive seen pics of a seat control module after it has essentially caught on fire, not pretty.
