'95 Accent (General) Transmission Question

I have a '95 accent with 205k on it. The transmission dipstick has condensation on it. Does anyone know why that has happend? Will that affect the tranny and should I flush the fluid out and replace it with new fluid? I've heard that if I would get it flushed that it might cause problems with it. As of right now I'm not experiencing any problems but would like to stop them if I can.
