can anybody tell me where is the water pump on a honda civic 95 LX located at? and how to install a new one?

on the timing belt side of the engine block. You should buy (or at the very least download) a service manual, if you're going to try it yourself.

yep, u will need to remove the crank pully to get the timing belt cover off, and remove the timing belt as well. deff get a service manual. www.helminc.com (http://www.helminc.com) is IMO the best service manual you can buy
