Hello,
Recently I replaced my un-trusted pontiac GA with a 2006 Tucson v6 4WD. This particular one has 2 muffler pipes. Is there any differences in having 2 to 1? I have seen other Tucsons that have only 1 pipe.
Thanks

It's mostly cosmetic on the Tucson. All the 2.7L have dual exhaust, while the 4cyl are a single. I doubt they did it for any other reason other than cosmetic. Same engine is in the '02-'05 Sonata, and it's single exhaust, along with all the '01-'06 Sante Fe's, no matter which engine were single.
