1 more quick question!

so im just going to get my evo 3 16g from SBR, the only question i have is the Oil Return Line and how it says u can either buy a new one for 65 or file down ur old one...i dont wanna file anything down id rather just buy the new one but when u go to look at it theres only one for a 1g why is this? do t-28's not have oil return lines like 14-bs and 16g's -----the ? is if i bought this kit right here with the 100 $ upgrade would that be everything i needed to install the kit with no hacking? http://www.slowboyracing.com/more.php?id=93&;
