This is mainly for the guys that have more experience with SQL setups.
Im getting ready to get a set of RE RE comps before us amps the phase plug dust caps. Im also looking into a set of ascendant arsenals. Im just debating on amp/amps. I was either looking into 2 of the older profile ca1200 amps one for each 12 and using my profile ca640 for the comps. Or just getting PPI 2000/1 for the subs a 600.4 for the comps. I know profile is the budget brand but im thinking of entering a couple of SQL comps next year and was wondering if anyone had experience with PPI VS Profile.
Or if you can recomend a better amp for the subs.
Im going to get my uncle to help me with getting the imaging right, and i know most guys that do SQL put subs in the front, but this will be one of my DD's, and also a show truck. So if my accord takes a crap, i have the blazer or vise versa.
Just looking for some opinions, and some feedback.

opinions on subs vary ...... just make sure the amp has lots of power to be used for headroom - not necessarily volume. SQ and sub amp are words not normally used together, subs have a high level of distortion as it is - like around 8-10%. You're biggest gain in amps will be the one(s) used on the mid/tweet speakers.
