I am thinking about buying a 1998 Ford Countor SVT
Is this a good car or a piece?
And people keep telling me they are slow are they really that slow?

No, I hear those cars are pretty fast. And they look cool too. I'd say go for it.

Contour SVT's are nice... I wouldnt call them slow... a few specs..

Actually, they are pretty slow as performance cars go. They handle really well though, especially for a FWD car.
