Change out the Fuel Pump assy. This is giving your false readings and needs to be changed. They run about $300 in Autozone. Unfortionatly you will have to drop the fuel tank to change it out.

Hey thanks im gonna try a new pump hopefully thats it .But would that cause the van to turn off when givin gas?Only when the gas gauge starts to act up is when the van wants to shut off.You think maybe the computer is going bad? :shakehead

An erratic fuel level sending unit will not cause any driveability problems. The fuel pump however, will certainly give driveability issues if it looses its ground. The fuel level sending unit will indicate "full" if it loses ground. The fuel pump will shut off if it loses its ground. The fuel level sending unit and fuel pump use the same ground. If that ground has a poor connection somewhere, both erratic fuel level indication and driveability issues will be encountered simultaneously. Check all connections before replacing the pump assembly. You may just have a poor connection and not need the module replaced.
