91 PAU alarm

Last night it snowed about 5inches and I had my car outside all night. I then opened my door and the alarm started going off. I figured if I started my car it would stop. It didn't! No matter what I did it wouldn't shut off. I had to disconnect the battery. My power locks are also not working, could this contribute to it? I hear the 'clicking' sound like the locks are trying to lock but they just dont. ANy ideas? please respond thanks a lot.

Look underneath your dash, passenger side, at the relay center. Check the top left relay, (It should be labeled "LH FRONT DOOR ISOLATION RELAY")
This relay controls your power locks and remote keyless entry. When you said your alarm wouldn't shut off, this sounded like a faulty relay sticking and keeping the circuit closed. Also, you mentioned a "clicking", this could also be the relay because they do have a faint click. Try swapping it out with another one like it just for a quick test.
