Headlight Problems

I have a 2002 Jetta 1.8T and I have one headlight that is out. I dont think it is a burnt out bulb though because it works when I turn on my high beams. Any body have any ideas as to what the problem might be?

highbeam is in the same bulbs, just a different filament. replace the bulb
