My buddy wants to tune his 323i. Any recomendations?

i dont know he wants to make it fast without having to replace internal engine parts. i told him just exhaust and intake but i guess he wants to go bigger than that.

Well.... 3.38 or 3.46 diff (if he has a manual tranny), Shark Injector and intake will help. Also, cams and supercharger (but that's more $$$)

thats what i told him, he dont know muh about cars and put a little civic cone intake on it from advance, i told him hes a moron but he dont believe me.

and he has the triptronic transmision in it.
