How do i make my GSR vtec hit hard?help

Really, with a 4cyl, you have to spin it. Bigger cam, shot of juice.

i agree, bigger cam, juice, or possibly turbo. unless by hit hard you mean the sound system... then get some 12's, a cap, and a big amp.

btw- there is a honda section with quite a lot of traffic.

ehh a well driven manual GSR will run 14.9. its not rare for them to just have bolt-ons and tune to do near 99-04 GT times.
