High/Low headlight mod

Hello everyone, I'm searching for information on converting my daughters '99 S-15 Jimmy's headlights so that both the High and Low beams come on when the brights are on. I did this modification to my Silverado and would like to do it to her Jimmy. I tried searching the forum but turned up nothing. Thanks for any info you can give me.

i dont remember the procedure for doing it but in the summitracing catelog there is a painless wiring harness for under $50 to perform the quad light mod.
