VTEC System Malfunction Honda CR-V 2005

HI,
I am sure you want to know the story of my problem.
This car in first start engine it can not driver 20 MPh even if u press all benzen,
then after while with driving you can not cross 90 speed,Yes in that speed if you stop engine
for 1 minutes and again start engine we will able to drive more than 90 speed may upto
180 speed but then grudual the speed will be reduce and again will stop in 90.
with Diagotics report Error code P 1259 (P1259 VTEC System Malfunction)
can any tell what that Error code

May be simple. I've seen this happen before if the oil level is low. If there is not enough oil to operate the VTEC system it will shut itself down. Check that first. If the oil level is fine that take it in to your friendly local dealership.
