M-tech Door Mouldings

I'm experiencing a problem whereby the M-tech Trim on my car keeps getting stolen. The problem started about 2 months back when I came home to find that the mouldings had been taken from my car which was parked ON MY OWN DRIVEWAY!! Having installed what was supposedly a pretty advanced security system (with external proxy sensor) I thought I had done enough to prevent it happening again. HOWEVER, when I drove down to the coast to see a friend of mine, I came out of his house to find the exact same thing had happened again; the alarm system had done sweet FA to stop it. So my question is this:

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS/METHODS FOR SECURING M-TECH DOOR MOULDINGS SO THAT THEY DON'T GET STOLEN AGAIN??!?!

BMW have told me that there's precious little that can be done to prevent it happening again, although "[they] are aware of the problem". It's been suggested that bonding the mouldings to the car is an option however one that might prove more (financially) damaging if anyone tries 'even harder' to take them off or if, for any reason, the panels need to be worked upon (scratches, dents, etc...).

Any ideas would be much appreciated

i would try to set up a videocamera to watch the car and then report it to the police.
