Seat Belt

Can anyone tell me how to shut the seat belt dinging off when you don't buckle up? It is really annoying. Around town I do not wear a seat belt, and that's where I do most of my driving. On the freeway it's not a problem because I always wear it when I'm going over 40mph. Any help would be great. Thanks!
I love my Jeep Commander except for this minor problem!

I'll leave the lecture as to seatbelts to someone else...
There might be a procedure in your owner's manual.
If not, check out this thread (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=468051&highlight=seat+belt+off) in the Dodge Truck section, which has the procedure for Dodges...since they're both D-C vehicles it might be the same.
