how hard is this to do?

today i ordered my CAI and reveres indiglo guages from custommaxima.com:D :D :D :D :D my question is, is it hard to put in the reverse indiglo guages? how long is it gonna take me to do?

oh one other thing, since the CAI will make the ecu think its snowing when its 70-80 degrees out, wat the hell it gonna do when it really snowing out? would it be a good idea to keep old intake and put on during winter?

For the indiglo gauges, get some thin double sided tape. That, and a LOT of patience, is all you really need. I covered the backside with double sided tape, and used a razor blade to trim the excess, that's the only way, after trying 4 times, I got them to stick without the needles getting stuck. I also used some fine grit sandpaper on the bottom of the needle spindle to get a little more clearance.

On the CAI, it's not that hard, just follow the directions on maximadriver.com and it'll be easy. For the winter, I just take off the lower piece, the one that goes down into the fenderwell, and attach the filter to the upper piece. Still better than the stock intake. Hope this helps. :D

Ya patience and time is what ghets those damn indiglos installed. As for the CAI I have the PR and I didn't change it during the winter. This may be bad but my car still ran fine. Be ready for a long install with those gauges.:D
