Convertible top adjustment

My 04 Sebring has wind noise. If I pull down slightly on the top bar, it gets considerably quieter. Are the "hooks" that hold the top doawn adjustable?

Any answer to this question? Looks like the hooks themselves might be able to be adjusted via a star-setscrew?
