This is and isn't a work in progress.
Started this kit about a year ago and did the wheels and started the engine.:grinyes:
Then got side tracked with other things and picked up again last week and have done frame and rear.
It is a 1/9 Protar metal kit,was going to paint frame then thought what for it's a metal kit so will polish frame to bring out the shine.
The problem with this kit is instructions cnnot for the life of me work out paint guide .
So with the help of ref photo's painting on what I can match, The real bonus is the decals It has full markings for kit (Marlboro):smokin:
And hoses are with in the correct scale for bike.

Interesting. How do you find it, working with metal parts? I haven't tried that nische yet...

2nd kit that I have done with metal 1st one was a 916 Ducati wsbk,they are quite heavy and sturdy a few fitting problems but nothing that can't be overcome,the other thing you have to make the chain link by link but comes with a template so not to bad(made of soft plastic)get get a pic up to show what I mean.
The metal parts are forks handle bars and frame + pit stand rest is plastic.
