Binding/Clicking in Steering Wheel

Hello all:

I recently purchased a 2001 1500 SLT 4WD 8' Box. It has 73000 miles on it and I love it. When I turn the steering wheel though, I hear a clicking noise...like something is binding. I have had the U-Joints down on the steering column under the hood checked for being locked up and they are free. I also changed the clockspring and that didn't fix it either.

Does anyone have any ideas?
