I want to get a turbo kit for my rsx-s... and im looking for somewhere that sells them cheap...anyone know anywhere where i can get a turbo kit for under 1500$ or around there? thanks

There is no way in hell that you will ever boost your car for that little. If you want a good turbo kit for your car I would suggest this kit:

I would never boost my RSX with any other kit other than Full Race. Like they say:

"Full Race, Everything else is half fast"
