transfer case shift module

The TCCM in my 99 7.4L 3/4 ton suburban has a burned transister. It's a auto-trac transfer case. The TCCM has 2 plugs, a orange 32 pin and a black 4 pin. My question is what other model and year TCCM's will fit? Was there a different TCCM for 1/2 and 3/4 trucks, autotrack and non-autotrack? Tnx.
