EU Plates

Hey, wassup boyoz....
this is Oisin... I'm from Ireland but I live in America now.
Anyway, I'm always seeing VW's with EU-Deutschland plates, and some honda's with Japanese plates here....
but I wanna represent my country and my home just as all americans are patriotic.. so am I...
Outside my house the irish flag flies above the US flag lol :D
(I guess your not supposed to do that in america.. oh well)
Anyway, I was home for the summer, and I was looking for a place I could buy Irish EU plates to bring back to the states... but I couldn't find it anywhere.
Does anyone know where I can get one with a frame... either just a regular one, or a custom one.
The only thing is that it has to be
01-D-(this is the part I'm flexable on... if I can't get it custom.. then whatever... if there is a way I can get it custom 4NDRMS is what I want there.
For those of you that are framiliar with the Irish plates...
