NEW Incubus - Light Grenades

That's right, album "Light Grenades" in stores November 28th!! keep an ear out for their single "Anna Molly" that's on the waves right now. It's not the incubus i loved back when they dropped Enjoy! and Make Yourself, (now sounds a little more scene, like dredge and circa survive), but they pull it off as awsome anyway, cuz they fucken rock!

Looking forward to see how this albums sounds.

Why do I get the feeling the radios will over play the new songs untill they make me want to puke like they alwasy do, but whatever. I hope that at the least it isn't lame like all other new rock. :banghead:

god, the radio loves to overplay Incubus. that's why i barely ever listen to radio anymore. that, and commrecials. I'm not balding, so i don't need to listen to 5 minutes of Bosley Hair Products.

incubus is the bomb, didnt care as much for the last album as the others, but im sure ill give it a try..

incubus is still around? i haven't heard anything from them in over 5 years..... although i wasn't really into music much in the last 4 so it could be my fault, i'm only just getting back into music, i went into a sort of rap-only phase that i regret.

its been 2 years since their last tour, and i think 3 since their last album, A Crow Left of the Murder.

S.C.I.E.N.C.E. & Make Yourself were my favorite albums. Then I kinda lost interest until I heard the newest single, now I can't wait for the new album. Brandon's vocals just keep getting better and better. I swear he's got to be one of the best vocalists ever.

yeah, they're amazing live. I saw them in buffalo on their couple years ago for their Crow tour, I was fucken front row center, probably 5 feet from the stage.

i was at the same area, only in indiana, during the crow tour. great show. wow its good to see im not the only huge incubus fan around the forums... i dont come in this section all that much. they get overplayed on the radio so much because most of the other american rock recently is lame, and all sounds the same. like nickleback might be the most over rated band of all time.

yeah they did, that was amazing. i have a lot of respect for the drummer after seeing that.

so has anyone picked up the album yet? I think it's great. It's still in keeping with their evloving sound from Crow Left of the Murder, i think less in touch with Science and Fungus Among Us. I loved old Incubus, but nothing bad about this evolution i think.

i love it too. i actually had it before it was released. i pre ordered it and it came early, i guess i got lucky. rogues is a great song.

yep, i had pre-ordered it too, and was hoping to get pre-sale tix at the Hammerstien, but they sold out within an hour.

wow lol. i havent checked out how the pre-sale went for cleveland, which unfortunatly is the closest one for me... and its a little over 3 hours away. but im going anyway. i dont have any money though so im gonna have to wait until they go on sale to the general public.

they should have already. I know the general sales for The Hammerstein here in the city went up yesterday. (I didn't get tix though, I'm seriously in debt all of a sudden...)

yeah so i checked after i posted that. the ones for cleveland went up yesterday too... and they are all sold out. im pissed. in fact i think all shows sold out already, not positive though. incubus is friggin huge.

when i went to see them on their Crow tour 2 years ago, and since it was free admission for Univ. of Buffalo, we had people lining up to see them long before they went on because there were no assigned seats. I was one of those fuckers camping out for the night. :screwy:
