01 ram 318 tips

i have a o1 ram 4x4 with a 318 . I found out that dodges are like high maintance women give them what they want when they want it . by putting on msd upgrade kit and k&n intake with lucus oil stab. plus installing a electric fan . She runs like a raped date if u know what i mean ....... haha

what is the msd upgrade kit, or what are all the parts to it? see any improvement in gas mileage?

What is a msd upgrade kit? I have the same truck with a AEM intake, superchips tuner, and flowmaster dual. Lot more power not much more on milage.
