93-mazda 626.. Cluster making noise speed of 120mph..

hey guys i have a 626 mazda 93. i put a new glow gauges into my car i took the needies out 2 install it.. i did everything the setup how 2 install the gauges.. i took it 2 the spin in the highway..when im about 120mph, the cluster right behind the needies making a boozing noise.the noise wount stop,when im under 120 the sounds stop...its been like this seen 2month. iunno wat 2 do..can any1 help???
